3020 Marketing of Instructional Materials Policy

It shall be the policy of the Board of Trustees of Bay de Noc Community College consistent with the criteria in Board of Trustees Instruction Policy 3019 Intellectual Property Rights, to delegate authority to the appropriate College employees to develop instructional materials and promotional information, in print, on the website, and through other electronic media, such as television and handheld devices. In addition, all instructional materials will be developed with the purpose of meeting the educational needs of the College, and of meeting the highest practicable instructional quality. Any procedures detailing responsibilities related to marketing instructional materials will be developed consistent with this Policy.
