It shall be the policy of Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees that the College may enter into agreements with other entities, to the extent permitted by law, to do all things that, in the Board’s judgment, are necessary for the proper establishment, maintenance, management, and carrying on of the College.
Such agreements may include, but are not limited to, agreements with educational institutions, including Michigan intermediate and local school districts and public school academies, (dual credit), hospitals or other health care providers, private businesses, governmental agencies, and non-profit corporations.
Designated administrators will be responsible for implementing agreements. The College may require that proposed agreements be reviewed by approved legal counsel prior to execution or implementation.
