3003 Academic Program Review Policy

It shall be the policy of Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to ensure that all academic programs, including General Education, and pre-college courses, shall be evaluated by faculty, staff, and students for effectiveness and quality and to determine how well the programs function in relation to their objectives, student learning outcomes, and the College’s mission.  Data obtained from program evaluation will be used to promote effective decision-making related to needed program improvements, enhancement, maintenance, initiation, and discontinuance.

Instructional Administrators will be responsible for implementing this policy.
