2020 Auxiliary Services - Student Apartments Policy

It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to establish and maintain a student housing complex for the benefit of those students who meet the criteria and choose to reside in the student apartments.

Administration is responsible for developing rules as needed which will contribute to a wholesome tenant, landlord and community relationship.  The apartments shall be rented for a rate which ensures payment of bonds, covers the cost of operations and maintenance as well as the necessary replacement of equipment.
