2007 Tuition Policy

It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to increase tuition based upon the blend of state formula appropriations, millage tax income and the level of support from current tuition revenues.
Tuition and fees will be increased for the purposes of maintaining high quality education and fiscal solvency.
Delta County and Dickinson County residents age 60 or over do not pay tuition except in courses where tuition income is not adequate.

The primary responsibility for implementation of this policy rests with the President or his/her designee(s). 2007.2
Tuition increases will become effective with the fall term of the fiscal year, unless otherwise authorized by the Board of Trustees. 2007.3
The Vice President of Finance and Operations shall report all changes in tuition and fees to the State Fiscal Agencies (House and Senate) within 15 days after Board of Trustee approval of such change. Approval Dates:
