It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to deposit funds in Delta County banks. The administration is encouraged to provide all banks in Delta County with similar opportunities to receive deposits and to render services to the College.

The best interest of the College, its purposes and the people it serves shall be the major factors in the interpretation and implementation of this policy.

Procedure:

2004.1

The major responsibility for administration of the banking policy rests with the Vice President of Finance and Operations.

2004.2

Deposits will be made in as many Delta County banks as possible. The effect on college administration and efficiency shall be the major factors in determining the number of banks used.
