1031 Communication Policy

It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to foster a climate within the institution that encourages and enhances effective constructive communication between and among all units at the College.  As an institution and as individuals, we pledge to

• be honest and express our real concerns.
• respond to all concerns or questions.
• provide the opportunity for all to have meaningful input into the institutional improvement processes.communicate directly.
• share information openly.not spread rumors.listen, non-judgmentally, to all sides.
• take individual responsibility to seek out information.
