1018 Alcoholic Beverages Policy

It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees not to allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages on any part of the college campus, nor in any of the buildings under its control or ownership.

Exceptions will be made at the discretion of the President, or his/her authorized agent. Permission may be granted to allow the serving of alcoholic beverages at college-sponsored public gatherings when proper supervision and precautionary measures have been taken to safeguard against possible consumption abuses.

The President, or his/her authorized agent, shall have the authority to designate the dates, times, and locations where the serving of alcoholic beverages may take place.
