1004 Administrative Responsibilities Policy

It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to employ administrators as needed to manage the College.
The President shall be directly responsible to the Board of Trustees. All other administrators shall be responsible either to the President or to someone designated by the President.
The responsibility for organizing the administrative faculty, determining job titles, budgeting, reporting, supervision, planning, evaluation, coordination, and other general administrative, as well as specific details rests with the President.
