4012 Student Right to Know Act Policy

It shall be the policy of the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees to comply to the extent possible with the Student Right to Know Act.

The Student Right to Know Act requires all institutions of higher education that participate in any program under the higher education act (HEA) of 1965 Title IV (Student Assistance) to disclose the completion of graduation rate of certificate or degree-seeking, full-time students entering those institutions.
