Description

The CIS: Software/Network Support program is designed to prepare individuals for positions providing technical support, assistance, trouble-shooting, and training to end computer users for software, hardware, and networks. The program emphasizes problem solving using current software packages, hardware configurations, operating systems, and networks. A graduate of the program will have the potential for employment in the areas of Help Desk Support, network support, software training, and web page development. Graduates of this program will also have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications.
