This is the fourth course in a sequence of five to prepare the student as a Basic EMT. Emphasis is placed on the overall delivery of basic emergency care including patient assessment and the use of medical equipment through simulated medical and trauma emergencies. Prerequisite(s): “C” or better in EMT 1100 , “C” or better in EMT 1210 . Corequisite(s): EMT 1710 , COMM 1030
